Order, Payment & Delivery Details (Pls read)

Dear all,

Here's the procedure from Order to Delivery.

Step 1)
Order:

Email your Full Name, Contact number, Address(for delivery) and serial no. of accessories eg. Lok-N-01 to heirloomasia@gmail.com

We will reply to let you know if the item is avaliable.

Due to over-whelming response, we often have orders for the same item. Heirloom accessories are created in single pieces only, we do not usually do re-makes. To be fair to all, items will be lock under reservation mode for the first to confirm his/her order.


Step 2)
Payment:

Payment must be made within 3 days upon confirmation. Otherwise, item will be released from reservation mode.

We only accept fund transfer to Heirloom's UOB account. We will email you our account no. upon confirmation. You can choose to make payment via ATM from your UOB account or by internet banking from your designated bank.

If that's too much trouble, simply pay cash to Heirloom's representative when we make the delivery to you.

Payment from overseas:
Payments are to be made through PayPal only. You do have to pay for the postage. Cost depends on weight. We will advise the postage cost via email.


Step 3)
Delivery

Local Delivery:

We have stopped mailing orders via Singpost as most of our items are delicate.

All Heirloom accessories will be delivered by Heirloom's representative by hand. We make deliveries in the day on Wednesday/Saturday. Delivery will only be assigned once transaction of payment is cleared by the bank eg. If you made payment from a bank other than UOB, it usually takes 3 days for transfer to be completed. Delivery will only be assigned thereafter.

Pls indicate a preferred time for delivery and make sure that there is someone to receive it if you are not available. if scheduled delivery is not collected as per arranged, customer will have to self collect the accessory.

Cost for delivery: Additional $5 (outside CBD) or $10 (within CBD) to total purchase amount.
Free local delivery for purchase above $200.


International Delivery:
We usually post packages as regular standard ground mails. This will take about 7-11 days.

Terms & Conditions:
We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mails, although we will do our best to ensure that items are properly-wrapped. International courier is encouraged.

Send the item back to us if it is found to be damaged through post/careless handling. We will try our best to fix it back or replace the parts with similar ones. However, we do not replace items that are damaged due to wear and tear or are not purchased from Heirloom accessories.
