It's really a great feeling to know that my designs are well liked by fellow Heirloom collectors. I don't really know how to describe it but it's people like you who have kept my passion burning. Friends who have given me so much help, regular customers(you know who you are) who tells me how much they love my accessories, thank you all so much for your encouragement! You ladies wears and own more Heirloom accessories than I!
Recently, I got to know one of my online customer who happens to work nearby my office. Today I met her again to hand her a necklace box and she was wearing one of my favourite piece of necklace, all of a sudden, I have this warm feelings in my heart that I cant describe. There is a great sense of fulfillment, to see people wearing my design and looking so pretty. I have created advertisment for countless campaigns, seen my ads on TV and magazines but I think I have never felt more overwhelmed than seeing someone physically wearing my work.
On Sunday, I attended my friend's wedding, this friend of mine works in the fashion retail industry, she has always been helping me promote my design and taking orders on my behalf, especially during the time when I started Heirloom Asia and didnt have much confident in making it work. Thanks to her and gang, my online customers began to grow. I am really honoured that she requested for me to design her bridal accessories for her big day.
