A reality TV programme that encourages seniors to attempt on a new career/challenge during their golden age. This show is filmed in a very candid and realistic manner, it shows how they overcome obstacles and strive to accomplish the challenge.

Heirloom Asia accessories are handmade with unique charms and beads sourced mainly from Japan. Our designs are specially made in single piece only.

Most of the time, we received orders for the same item. Please place your order early. Reservation will be given to the first email order with an email confirmation from Heirloom Asia. No reservation will be activated without a confirmation from Heirloom Asia. However, items will be released from reservation mode if customers could not comply with our payment methods/or payment are not made within the next 3 days . No email notification will be sent for items that are not paid and will automatically be released for the next customer in line.

Payment

Heirloom Asia's accessories are priced in Singapore currency.

Local Payment:
1) Funds transfer to OCBC bank. Upon confirmation of order, funds transfer must be made within the next 3 days, otherwise items will be released from reservation mode.
2) Pay cash for self collection. Upon confirmation, self collection must be made within the next 5 days, otherwise item will be released from reservation mode. Self collection at Tampines.

Overseas Payment:
Pay Pal is available upon request.

Heirloom Asia reserves the rights to release reservation of items from customers who are unable to comply with the above payment methods and/or did not make the payment within the requested deadlines.

Delivery

Delivery within Singapore:
1) Local delivery by SingPost is free of charge.
2) Additional $3 for local registered mail.
3) Free local registered mail for purchase above $200.
3) Home delivery by local dispatch is available upon request at $20 per delivery.

Heirloom Asia is not responsible for any mails that are lost by SingPost. No refund of payment for lost items through mailing. Registered mail is recommended.

Free gift wrapping is available upon request. Heirloom accessories are elegantly gift wrapped in our signature wrappers with ribbons, gift card and heirloom paper bag.
